Thomson Reuters is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and develop training curriculum, content, and experiences for customers. You will work with internal partners to create best-in-class courses and assets, and may join customer calls for discovery and feedback.

Hybrid schedule; strong background in instructional design and AI tools is required. You will influence how users leverage CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions, supporting training operations and ensuring high-quality

Formación

• BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar.
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of the Articulate suite (Storyline, Rise, Review 360), Camtasia, system-generated voiceover software, and other digital learning tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning management systems.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve efficiency and quality in content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in curriculum design and development across formats: live workshops, webinars, on-demand, eLearning, videos, exams, and toolkits.
• Research and assess existing content to support new training materials.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, mapping, design, development, testing, and evaluation of materials.
• Design and develop engaging, graphically rich learning materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to assess content needs and deliver certification programs.
• Utilize Thomson Reuters gen-AI tools for content development and iteration.
• Assist with uploading content into LMS and other operational tasks.
• Work in-office at least three days per week on a hybrid schedule.
