Responsibilities include following up with customers after service interventions, maintaining open service orders, and generating Excel reports. BHS Corrugated North America Job: Installation Assistant

The Job:

Provide support to the Service department by following up with customers by phone and email to ensure satisfaction with the service they received from the BHS service technicians and resolve any issues that may be present in regards to the intervention that was performed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following up with customers after a service intervention has taken place.
• Maintain open service orders/service notifications after customer interventions.
• Assist in screening incoming calls if technicians are unavailable to answer.
• Maintain open customer issues after interventions.
• Provide support to the M2P department by generating Excel reports.
• Generate open order reports for customers.
• Generate open issues reports for customers.
• Make M2P status reports on a weekly.
• Half day switchboard coverage, directing calls to the appropriate person.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

You must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Previous experience interacting with customers, preferably in an industrial equipment environment.
• Excellent Excel skills with ability to create pivot tables and summarize information using raw data.
• Previous working experience using SAP is preferred.
• Must be good team player.
• Must work well independently, be detail oriented, customer focused and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should possess the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform bending and twisting motions, safely lift and maneuver objects weighing at least 30 pounds, navigate and walk over equipment, ascend, and descend ladders and stairs, and work effectively in temperature ranges, including hot and cold environments, while on customer locations
