Avnet in Mexico is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to sell products and solutions to new and existing customers. You will manage inbound/outbound communications, provide pricing, and advance opportunities to increase revenue while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Role requires basic SAP/ERP knowledge, familiarity with order management, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills; prior inside sales or customer service experience is a plus. On-site position in Jalisco.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, and order management systems.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience using sales methodology.
• Initiates and answers sales inquiries from prospective and existing customers to promote product offerings.
• Responds promptly to customer information requests.
• Monitors and follows up on sales activities to meet customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through high level of customer service and knowledge.
• Coordinates sales efforts with internal resources such as product, materials, field sales and suppliers.
