Avnet is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico, combining supply chain leadership with cross-functional coordination to deliver exceptional customer service. • Experience in supply chain planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze customer forecasts and plans using MRP concepts.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Supplier Management and other teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer forecasts and trends to plan and purchase to forecast.
• Prepare forecast models and liaise with customers, suppliers, and sales to assess forecasting needs.
• Apply inventory management to assess levels and aging; support program changes and transitions.
• Negotiate with suppliers on channel and distributor policies affecting supply chain performance.
• Align supplier goals with company objectives to meet mutual targets.
