Job summary

Call Center Services International (CCSI) in Mexico City is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.

In this fast-paced role, you will conduct high-volume calls, present products, identify needs, negotiate, and close deals to meet monthly targets. You will work with senior teammates to optimize outcomes and leverage an uncapped commission structure, with a guaranteed bonus during the first six months.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency and excellent verbal communication skills.
  
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or high-volume sales environments.
  
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and sales-closing abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• A results-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  
• Ability to maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems.
  
• Experience in automotive finance, car dealership sales, or financial services is a plus, but not required.
  

Guaranteed Bonus: $416 USD during the first six months.

Uncapped Commissions: No predetermined limit on commission earnings.
