Farahi Law Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to guide clients through recovery, coordinate medical records, and manage insurance filings.

You will serve as the primary liaison among clients, healthcare providers, and insurers, ensuring timely documentation and case progress. Time Doctor will be used to track work hours.

This role emphasizes empathy, attention to detail, and teamwork within a fast-growing, client-centric practice.

Formación

• At least 3–5 years of case management experience in personal injury law, healthcare, or medical consulting.
• Experience with insurance claims and medical documentation highly preferred.
• Proficient with Filevine, Google Suite, and QuickBooks.
• Ability to meticulously analyze medical records, insurance documents, and legal forms for consistency and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills interacting with clients, attorneys, medical professionals, and insurers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Client's Lifeline: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, updating on case progress and providing empathetic support.
• Be the Client's Lifeline: Listen to clients' concerns and guide them through recovery.
• Manage the Details: Collect detailed information about incidents, injuries, and medical histories for legal review.
• Manage the Details: Coordinate with healthcare providers to collect medical records, treatment plans, and bills.
• Be the Insurance Pro: Facilitate communication with insurance adjusters to ensure timely filing and compliance.
• Be the Insurance Pro: Work with the legal team to track claims and documentation.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain organized case files and develop reports on progress and data.
• Team Player: Collaborate with attorneys, medical experts, and insurers to support case strategy and optimize workflows.
