Farahi Law Firm is seeking a sharp Demand Strategist to lead pre-litigation case strategy, valuation, and demand letter drafting. You will review case files, analyze medical-legal data, and design comprehensive demand strategies to maximize value while mentoring the demand staff and guiding client communications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the demand writing team to ensure medically sound, persuasive narratives and strong settlement outcomes.

Formación

Extensive, hands-on experience in personal injury, pre-litigation, and demand drafting; licensed attorney not required.
Deep understanding of medical terminology, injury causation, PI treatment protocols, and medical billing.
Highly analytical thinker capable of diagnosing complex liability and damages to build airtight claims.

Responsabilidades

Evaluate incoming pre-litigation files to identify strengths, weaknesses, and angles to maximize settlement value.
Review medical records, imaging, and billing histories to link incidents to injuries and set settlement targets.
Mentor the demand writing team and oversee drafting of aggressive, persuasive demand letters.
Meet with clients to explain proposed case strategy and manage expectations regarding timelines and outcomes.
