ProTalento in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a hands-on Industrial Engineer to lead manufacturing line implementation and plant start-ups. You will oversee building operations from the ground up, manage installations, and coordinate equipment, workstations, and cross-functional teams on site.

The ideal candidate has experience in line startups, is fluent in English and Spanish, willing to travel, and ready for immediate or short-term availability.

Formación

• Industrial Engineer (or related field) with experience in manufacturing line implementation.
• Experience in plant start-ups and line installations.
• Willingness to travel and to work in international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and start up assembly and manufacturing lines.
• Coordinate equipment installation and workstation setup.
• Supervise facilities installation (electricity, gas, compressed air).
• Manage purchase requisitions, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide on-site support and ensure safety and quality standards.
