A leading manufacturing company in Ciudad Juárez is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to improve and optimize production processes. This role demands a strong educational background in engineering, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Ideal candidates will have experience in sustaining engineering, strong skills in statistical analysis, and familiarity with medical device manufacturing. The position may require travel to the USA.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in sustaining engineering and/or line transfers US/MEX.
• Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing is a plus.

Job description

A Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improving and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, supporting new product introductions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineer, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer or similar
• 3 to 5 years of experience on similar position
• Bilingual English Spanish
• Experience on sustaining engineering and/or line transfers US/MEX
• Strong Skills on statistical analysis
• Six-Sigmal/ Lean manufacturing experience
• Metrology and DG&T Knowledge
• Experience on manufacturing equipment maintenance and set-up
• Knowledge on electrical, electronics, pneumatic, and Hydraulic
• Experience on Medical Device Manufacturing (A plus)
• Experience working with packaging Machines (A plus)
• Knowledge on AutoCAD (A plus)
• Strong leadership and communication Skills
• Able to travel to USA
