Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or maintenance.
• Proficiency diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong understanding of remote management technologies (RDP, VNC, TeamViewer) and network protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Providing advanced remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Developing and executing remote maintenance plans for critical infrastructure.
• Guiding on-site personnel and end-users through complex installation and repair processes using remote communication tools.
• Performing root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and user manuals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve service delivery.
• Monitoring system health and performance metrics, and proactively addressing potential issues.
• Managing remote access tools and ensuring data security protocols are followed.
• Participating in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies for remote support.
