Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering requested; multiple disciplines listed.
• 2 years of experience required to perform essential functions.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo/MP2/Infor) preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (80–85%).
• Proven ability to develop preventive maintenance routines and projects.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Develop preventive maintenance routines .
• Implement improvement projects .
• Ensure safety .
• Follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

• Shift Availability.
• Microsoft Office.
• 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
• Strong adaptability and collaboration.
• Teamwork skills.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• English spoken and written 85%.
• Communication skills.
• Project Management mid to high impact (Safety, quality, cost).
• Knowledge in equipment and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
• Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
• Use of measuring and control equipment.
