Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali busca un Ingeniero de Planeación II para el segundo turno. Será responsable de facilitar la manufactura de productos, asegurar cambios de ingeniería a tiempo y transferencias de nuevos productos, manteniendo requisitos y calidad.

Trabajará estrechamente con otros departamentos para actualizar procesos y planes de fabricación, apoyar en el piso de producción con primeros artículos y mejoras continuas, y participar en reuniones CRB y TR cuando corresponda.

Formación

• Títulos en Ingeniería eléctrica, mecánica o industrial.
• Experiencia de 2 años en planificación de manufactura.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar cambios de ingeniería en productos existentes y participar en transferencias de nuevos productos.
• Asegurar planificación de requerimientos, material y herramientas necesarias para la manufactura.
• Apoyar en el piso de producción con primeros artículos derivados de cambios/transferencias (RCCA, DR/DI, Redlines, WOA, rework).
• Evaluar procesos de manufactura para mejorar eficiencia mediante análisis de planificación y diseño.
• Participar en proyectos e implementar mejoras de proceso.
• Realizar tareas de complejidad media a alta.
• Incrementar la interacción con otros puestos y áreas.
• Colaborar y participar en reuniones CRB y TR.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. 2 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose

Manufacturing Planner Engineer provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives.Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

• Responsible for implementing on time and quality engineering changes on existing products and participates in the transfer of new products .
• Ensuring requirements planning, material and necessary tools for product manufacturing .
• Shop floor support to First Articles derived from engineering changes and / or transfers (RCCA,DR/DI's, Redlines, WOA, rework routines, etc.) .
• Evaluates manufacturing processes to Improves efficiency by analyzing planning and design improvements in shop floor .
• Participate in projects and implement improvements in the process .
• Medium to high complexity tasks .
• Increase work relation with others position and areas .
• Assist and participate on CRB and TR meetings.

Additional Functions

• Support RPS on shop floor and quality meeting. .

Perform other duties as assigned.
