The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering and 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance routines, implementing improvement projects, ensuring safety, and following procedures to meet department goals and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in engineering disciplines are required.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lean manufacturing basics.
• Proficient in English (85% spoken/written).

Responsabilidades

• Develop preventive maintenance routines.
• Implement improvement projects to enhance reliability.
• Ensure safety and compliance in maintenance operations.
• Follow procedures and manufacturer recommendations to meet department goals and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
