The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering and 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance routines, implementing improvement projects, ensuring safety, and following procedures to meet department goals and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in engineering disciplines are required.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lean manufacturing basics.
• Proficient in English (85% spoken/written).

Responsabilidades

• Develop preventive maintenance routines.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Develop preventive maintenance routines .
• Implement improvement projects .
• Ensure safety .
• Follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Shift Availability.
• Microsoft Office.
• 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
• Strong adaptability and collaboration.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• English spoken and written 85%.
• Project Management mid to high impact (Safety, quality, cost).
• Knowledge in equipment and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
• Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
• Use of measuring and control equipment.
