Thales Group in Mexico City seeks an ATC Infra Work Package Manager to oversee system engineering practices and ensure maturity aligned with HoD guidelines. You will coordinate across workpackages to guarantee process consistency and deliver infrastructure upgrades for air traffic control centers on time and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in informatic engineering, systems, or related field.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• 5+ years of on-site delivery experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure system engineering practices within the work package meet required maturity and HoD guidelines.
• Upgrade ATC infrastructure including approach, on-route, ground, NavAids, AMHS, P/S radar and related components.
• Design and supervise acceptance tests with customers; prepare LAN infrastructure proposals for BID phase.
