OPmobility is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Leader to drive the industrialization of new products in an international context. You will manage SOWs, budgets, and cross-functional teams spanning manufacturing, supply chain, packaging and product engineering.

This role emphasizes DFM integration, Lean improvement, and project perf metrics, with global collaboration across engineering and manufacturing. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering; master’s is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing development and/or manufacturing activities in automotive.
• Project management experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of assembly, paint, packaging and supply chain processes.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Leadership and cross-functional team management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering scope through the project lifecycle.
• Define and manage the manufacturing SOW, planning, budget and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain and product engineering.
• Develop and implement manufacturing and industrialization strategies for new launches.
• Ensure DFM requirements are integrated into product development.
• Manage manufacturing project reviews, action plans and progress indicators.
• Monitor metrics like labor efficiency, cycle time and costs.
• Support launch readiness and prepare processes for production requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and OPmobility standards.
• Capture and share lessons learned to improve manufacturing excellence.
