Job summary

Valeo in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineering professional. The role focuses on leading industrialization of new lines, improving machine and direct labor efficiency, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to optimize production processes.

The candidate will participate in design and validation of new equipment, set acceptance criteria, and ensure PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN alignment while promoting safety and 5S standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and process optimization preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of new P1 projects and improve production efficiency.
• Design and validate new equipment and production lines in the site.
• Drive Lean design workshops and participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure SPV standards and changes are properly implemented.
