Job summary

Flex is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Juarez Sur. You will support product teams by modeling processes, estimating times, and guiding improvements to efficiency and quality.

You will work with NPI, sales, and management to implement cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, intermediate English, and experience in process optimization, LEAN, and Six Sigma projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Intermediate English is required.
Collaborate with management and engineering staff to implement plans.
Develop management control systems for cost analysis and production planning.
Involve LEAN, Automation and/or Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance.

Responsibilities

Provide process time estimates to the quote team.
Simulate processes and workflows using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and other tools.
Review results during prototyping and trials and feed back to NPI and sales.
Conduct work measurement programs and develop labor utilization standards.
Analyze workforce utilization, layouts, costs, and schedules for efficiency.
Recommend methods to reduce waste and improve productivity and equipment use.
