Zusammenfassung

Flex in Juarez is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support NPI, plan processes, and optimize production using takt and cycle time metrics. You will analyze layouts, staff utilization, and cost data, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborate across engineering and operations.

Qualifikationen

Industrial Engineering degree or related field required.
Conversational English is required.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement is a plus.

Aufgaben

Coordinate process planning and setup with takt and cycle time.
Review prototypes and trial runs; provide feedback to NPI and sales.
Analyze staff utilization, layouts, and production schedules to improve efficiency.
Suggest methods to increase throughput and reduce waste.
Collaborate with management to implement plans and optimize costs.
