Job summary

Flex is seeking a Process Engineer in Juarez South to support the Operations Engineering Manager. You will drive capital equipment projects, oversee new process equipment, and establish repeatable processes while tackling process issues and driving efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement SPC, and contribute to safety and yield improvements. The role requires advanced English, a bachelor’s degree, and experience in team environments, cost-improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience working with teams.
• Leadership in cost improvement/reduction programs beneficial.
• Six Sigma green/black belt experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible processes.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvement activities.
• Evaluate and select engineered materials and semi-automated/automated machines.
• Implement statistical process control on new and existing products.
• Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
• Experience with audits and customer service countermeasures.
