The role requires hands-on engineering experience, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to apply statistics and improve production performance while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical or Electrical).
• Advanced English skills required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and macros.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods.
• Estimate manufacturing capacity and manage warehousing and materials.
• Develop continuous improvement plans and root-cause analysis.
• Write and update work instructions and equipment documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production.
