PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Leader to drive the Indirect Procurement function for PepsiCo Beverages North America. You will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliant AP processes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5–7 years of people management, advanced English, strong analytics, and problem-solving skills to deliver strategic initiatives across Operations, Logistics, Sales, and HQ.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years experience in people management.
• Advanced English proficiency; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in accounts payable and global procurement is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Indirect Procurement organization for PepsiCo Beverages North America.
• Lead and develop capability of a team responsible for 46 Representatives
• Ensure Accounts Payable duties are compliant with SAG/SOX guidelines
• Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
• Resolve escalated customer or vendor inquiries professionally
• Communicate with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ
• Identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Lead change initiatives to deliver key business imperatives
