Whirlpool Corporation in Mexico is seeking a logistics and imports coordinator to manage the end-to-end importation of components for MX manufacturing. You will coordinate customs brokers, carriers, external warehouses, and process partners, driving improvement initiatives and ensuring on-time delivery through collaboration with third-party providers and Whirlpool functions.

The role requires strong communication, English and Spanish proficiency, and a background in supply chain or logistics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, logistics, business management or related field.
• Demonstrated job history: 2+ years at the same company
• Ability to work in a professional office environment 5 days per week
• Strong communication skills including both written and verbal
• Proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• + Drive resolution of issues between suppliers, carriers, warehouses and Whirlpool stakeholders to protect cost and service
• + Respond to process partner and supplier questions and issues in a timely manner
• + Log non-standard spend across international transportation and support root-cause analysis
• + Collaborate with Finance on P4G efforts and provide financial outlooks of spend
• + Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• + Provide accurate shipping instructions to carriers and suppliers for ocean/air shipments
• + Create and track FedEx shipment labels for imports into MX facilities
• + Manage supplier/carrier performance and drive process improvements
