Whirlpool Corporation in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the Latin America North region. You will manage a 14-person team, ensure strong internal controls, and oversee legal-entity consolidation and timely month-end closes.

The role focuses on driving working capital efficiency, supporting audits and transformation initiatives, and delivering robust financial reporting to executives. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• 5+ years of audit, accounting or finance experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AR and AP operations for the LARN region and lead a 14-person team.
• Ensure robust internal controls and accurate monthly closes across entities.
• Publish reports, metrics and variance analyses for leadership review.
• Support audits, systems implementations and regional transformation projects.
• Travel limited to <20% as required.
