Victaulic in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking an Indirect Materials Planner to coordinate replenishment of consumables, spare parts, and indirect materials for Tool Crib and Maintenance warehouses. Responsibilities include entering and updating purchase requisitions and analyzing inventory levels.

You will follow up on approvals, monitor purchase orders, and support cycle counting activities. The ideal candidate has 1 year of related experience, intermediate Excel, and experience with ERP/MRP

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in indirect materials or similar role.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in inventory planning and control.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory system.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience managing purchase requisitions.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and update purchase requisition records.
• Analyze inventory levels to generate purchase requisitions.
• Segregate consumables to be requisitioned by production area.
• Follow up on purchase requisitions pending approval.
• Follow up on requisitions with pending PO creation.
