Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Production Planner to support production planning and scheduling activities in Tecate, Mexico. You will help ensure material availability and align production schedules with customer requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing and following up production schedules, reviewing work orders, monitoring material and inventory levels, coordinating with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality, and maintaining reports in ERP/MRP systems.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Materials, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related area.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of production and material planning processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

  • Support capacity and production requirement analysis.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks that may impact the production schedule.
  • Participate in production planning and follow-up meetings.
  • Provide administrative support related to production planning and control activities

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of production and material planning processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
