Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a skilled Incident Communications Lead to manage major incident communications and align stakeholders during critical events. You will ensure clear timelines, owners, actions, and next updates in both Spanish and English.

You will coordinate business and technology teams across regions, escalate as needed, and drive faster decisions while keeping teams calm and focused during outages.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders during major incidents.
• Ability to keep teams aligned under pressure and meet timelines.
