Capgemini Engineering seeks a skilled full stack developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The role involves building Java microservices, REST APIs, and responsive React interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, production-ready delivery.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to CI/CD efforts, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and client onboarding capabilities.

Formación

• Backend Java stack with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot and microservices.
• Frontend stack with ReactJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Database design and optimization using PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
• Cloud and containerization with Docker, Kubernetes and GCP.
• DevOps practices: Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and SonarQube.
• Testing: JUnit and Mockito, API testing and integration tests.
• Experience in financial services or related onboarding systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.

Your role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Build and support Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Deliver production-ready code following secure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering quality initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and operational processes.
• Support onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle technology capabilities

• Backend Development: Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST API Development, Hibernate/JPA, Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns
• Frontend Development: ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, SQL Query Optimization, Database Design
• Cloud & Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• DevOps & Automation: Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing, API Testing
• Financial Services Experience. Banking Technology Platforms. Client Onboarding Systems
• Agile Scrum Methodology
