Quid in Midtown Jalisco, Mexico, seeks an Imports Team Lead to guide the imports operations, develop the team, and align with department objectives.

The role emphasizes project management, coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses and carriers, and driving performance while ensuring compliance and superior customer service. This is a leadership role requiring 4–6 years in imports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in imports, exports, logistics, and customer service.
• Experience leading people, teams, and/or projects.
• Experience coordinating orders, shipments, providers, and customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and develop the Imports team to meet departmental objectives.
• Support day-to-day operations and project initiatives within the unit.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses, carriers, and other stakeholders.
