Copeland Motores de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Import & Export Manager to provide strategic leadership for all trade activities and ensure full compliance with customs regulations. The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads 2–7 employees.

Responsibilities include shaping the import/export strategy, managing brokers and freight forwarders, and driving cost reductions while ensuring continuity of international material flow. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years progressive Import & Export experience with leadership of teams 3–5+ years.
• Manufacturing and IMMEX experience; audit leadership is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Import & Export strategy to support growth and continuity.
• Own IMMEX, PROSEC, Annex 24/30, USMCA/T-MEC compliance and risk reviews.
• Manage brokers, carriers and freight forwarders to ensure flow of materials.
• Lead audits and government interactions with SAT, ANAM and authorities.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier negotiations and KPI governance.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team with succession planning.
