Copeland in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico seeks an Import & Export Manager to lead global trade activities and ensure IMMEX, PROSEC, Annex 24/30, USMCA/T-MEC compliance while optimizing costs. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage 2–7 direct reports, coordinate with brokers and forwarders, and drive risk management, audits, and continuous improvement across international operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, Trade, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive Import & Export experience.
• 3–5 years leading teams in manufacturing or logistics.
• Manufacturing and IMMEX experience.
• Audit leadership experience.

• Define and execute Import & Export strategy.
• Advise leadership on foreign trade matters.
• Lead risk mitigation and business continuity initiatives.
• Manage brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
