Pens.com in Tijuana, Mexico seeks an Import Export Supervisor to lead the Import/Export Operations team. You will supervise daily activities, ensure timely and compliant processing, and enforce SOPs while developing a high-performance team.

You will develop KPIs and dashboards, drive automation and continuous improvement using ERP and AI tools, and ensure compliance with Mexican and U.S. trade regulations, coordinating with customs brokers and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in international business or related field.
• 5+ years of Mexico import/export operations.
• 3+ years supporting a maquiladora (IMMEX).
• 2+ years supervisory experience across import/export teams.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs, SAT, ANAM; IMMEX, VAT & IEPS, Annex 24/30.
• Experience managing customs brokers and implementing automation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily import and export activities of the Import/Export Operations team.
• Monitor workload to ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing.
• Ensure SOPs are consistently followed and drive quality.
• Coach and develop Import/Export Specialists and Assistants.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and operational reporting.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
