Wabtec is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in San Luis Potosí to coordinate import/export activity at the border. You will ensure paperwork is in order, minimize delays, and support Customs and Finance with status updates and documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in a corporate setting, strong English, and Oracle ERP experience. You’ll work with Materials, Customs, Finance, and Brokers to keep operations compliant and on budget.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of corporate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review import status.
• Send instructions for the new export process.
• Manage broker inventory and in-transit material.
• Send missing documents or new import requirements.
• Review items without Mexican HTS code.
• Review broker service charges.
• Address internal requirements (tracking numbers, compliance docs).
