ONTEX México seeks an Import /Export Analyst to ensure timely arrival of raw materials, spare parts, and machinery while complying with customs and foreign trade rules.

The role coordinates import documentation with customs brokers, tracks shipments by sea, rail and air, and maintains records across foreign warehouses to support compliant import operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Import/Export or Foreign Trade.
• Knowledge of RRNA, Annex 22, PROSEC, and NAFTA/USMCA.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate import documentation and operations with customs brokers.
• Review customs declarations, duties, and compliance with Annex 22.
• Track sea, rail, and air shipments.
• Validate certificates of origin and documentation required for imports.
• Prepare NOM letters and import/export reports.
• Maintain up-to-date physical and digital records.
• Monitor inventory in foreign warehouses and track its importation.
• Ensure compliance with foreign trade operations.
• Track the status of imports with internal departments and customs brokers.
