Ontex in Mexico is seeking a Junior Import/Export Analyst to ensure timely arrival of raw materials, parts, and machinery, while ensuring compliance with customs and trade requirements. You will work within our Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics team to support documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in foreign trade or related field, 1–2 years' experience, knowledge of Annex 22/PROSEC/NAFTA-USMCA, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or related field.
• 1–2 years in Import/Export or Foreign Trade.
• Knowledge of Annex 22, PROSEC, NAFTA/USMCA; proficiency in SAP and MS Office; intermediate to advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate import documentation and operations with customs brokers.
• Review customs declarations, duties, and compliance with Annex 22.
• Track sea, rail, and air shipments.
• Validate certificates of origin and documentation required for imports.
• Prepare NOM letters and import/export reports.
• Maintain up-to-date physical and digital records.
• Monitor inventory in foreign warehouses and track its importation.
• Ensure compliance with foreign trade operations.
• Track the status of imports with internal departments and customs brokers.

Experience And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Import/Export or Foreign Trade.
• Knowledge of RRNA, Annex 22, PROSEC, and NAFTA/USMCA.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to Advanced English
• Organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
