DiDi is seeking an intern for the Passenger Marketing team to support campaigns, communications, and local marketing efforts across Mexico and Colombia. You will work with the Marketing Analyst and Senior Marketing Manager to translate business needs into clear briefs, coordinate content development, launches, and learning from results.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced working proficiency in English; C1 preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, plus PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, able to manage priorities, detail-focused, and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity to understand how marketing contributes to user experience and business growth; willingness to learn new tools (AI tools a plus).
• Previous experience in project management or AI tools is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and day-to-day coordination of Passenger Marketing across Mexico and Colombia.
• Translate approved business needs into clear marketing briefs and structured requests; coordinate with multiple teams.
• Manage project briefs from start to launch; update plans, gather feedback, and track actions.
• Support administrative processes for marketing projects, including follow-up on invoices and documentation.
• After launch, collect results and prepare reports and status updates for team discussions.
