DiDi Global in Mexico City is seeking a Marketing role within the Demand Generation team. You will help develop and execute strategies to attract users, manage campaigns, and optimize channels.

You will work with creative teams to craft assets, gather insights, and document processes while tracking performance across campaigns. The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field, fluent Spanish and English, and strong strategic and analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field and currently pursuing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Solid strategic marketing thinking to build plans and solve problems.
• Data-driven mindset with numerical skills to analyze results and decide.
• Cross-team collaboration with autonomy across business units.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving using available resources.
• Able to adapt to a multicultural team and changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy development and execution to drive traffic and orders to the app.
• Campaign management to raise awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Channel management and optimization of owned channels for communications.
• Creative asset development and optimization with internal teams.
• Research and insights to translate data into powerful messaging.
• Develop and document scalable data processes and procedures.
• Measure, report, and present KPI results with actionable recommendations.
