DiDi in Mexico City is seeking a Business Campaign Strategy Intern to support marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities include data analysis, planning cross‑channel campaigns, and developing audience segmentation strategies.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience using Excel, SQL, or analytics tools.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with experience working in cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze campaign performance data to generate dashboards and insights.
• Support planning and execution of cross‑channel acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Build and maintain audience segmentation using behavioral data.
• Develop A/B test plans and track results for optimization.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor budget spend and propose reallocation strategies.
• Assist in local market research and competitive benchmarking.
