LEGO Group is seeking an IMMEX Fixed Assets Compliance Manager to ensure end-to-end compliance and traceability of assets through their lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive audits, mitigate risks, and lead standardization and automation initiatives across IMMEX, OEA, and VAT-IEPS frameworks.
The role requires deep knowledge of Mexican IMMEX regulations, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Acting as the subject matter expert, the role partners across the business to drive compliance, audit readiness, risk mitigation and continuous improvement while enabling operational growth and business continuity.
