Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Presales Consultant to drive software sales with a focus on landing new business and expanding the install base. You will translate customer needs into technical demonstrations, architect end-to-end IIoT solutions, and lead in-depth discovery workshops with stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Account Orchestrator, deliver PoCs, and address IT/OT integration and security requirements, traveling up to 30% as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of Engineering Software Sales experience.
• Relevant local University degree in Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing sectors (Automotive, Aerospace, Pharma, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge of MES is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the domain expert for DI SW IIoT solutions and architect end-to-end Data Driven Manufacturing (IIoT) solutions.
• Support efforts with Account Orchestrator and Technical Account Manager to develop customer relationships and sales milestones.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery workshops to map KPIs (OEE, downtime, energy) to Insights Hub capabilities.
• Design scalable IT/OT architectures bridging shop-floor data to cloud via Edge computing.
• Implement demonstrations and PoCs to prove business value in real manufacturing environments.
• Address IT security, data governance, and connectivity requirements (OPC UA, MQTT) for industrial customers.
• Author technical proposals and lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate to develop reusable templates for manufacturing verticals (Automotive, F&B, Aerospace).
