Job summary

Landing, Inc. is seeking a Verification Analyst in our Polanco office, Mexico City. You will review reservations before guest arrivals, verify IDs and personal details, and ensure identity screening is complete.

You’ll handle more complex bookings by reviewing income and credit, and reach out to guests when information is missing. You will communicate in English daily with teams across the US, staying composed when guests are frustrated and guiding them through resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (B2 to C1) and resumes must be in English.
• Experience in customer service, back office, billing, or other detail-heavy roles.
• A sharp eye for detail and accuracy in names, dates and numbers.
• Comfort with phone, email, and text communications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review reservations, verify guest IDs and personal details.
• Confirm identity screening results and flag mismatches.
• Review income and credit for complex bookings.
• Reach out to guests by phone or email to collect missing information.
• Collaborate with Sales and Member Experience to keep reservations moving.
