ISS A/S invites applications for a Cloud Operations Engineer in Mexico. The role will optimize cloud infrastructure, automate operations, monitor performance, and support cloud transitions for applications and services, leveraging Azure IaaS/PaaS and IaC tools.

Required are strong Azure skills, IaC tooling (Terraform or Bicep), and scripting (PowerShell/Bash); AZ-104 certification is a plus, containerization with AKS is advantageous.

Formación

• Experience managing Azure IaaS or PaaS environments.
• 5+ years hands-on admin or deployment experience.
• AZ-104 certification is a plus.
• Familiar with IaC using Terraform or Bicep.
• Strong networking knowledge (DNS, NSG, virtual networks).

Responsabilidades

• Assist cloud migration initiatives towards Azure IaaS or PaaS.
• Handle cloud infrastructure related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and efficiency.
• Participate in cloud projects from design to operational readiness checks.
• Be part of hosted applications lifecycle management process.
