TransUnion is seeking an experienced finance operations professional to lead regional Billing, Cash Application, and Collections within the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) framework. The role focuses on aligning regional objectives with global standards, driving process improvements, and ensuring strong governance across markets.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations, monitor KPIs, and support automation initiatives to improve cash flow and customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, accounts receivable, or related functions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary regional contact for Billing, Cash Application, and Collections activities.
• Partner with regional Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align I2C processes with business objectives.
• Monitor KPI such as billing accuracy, AR aging, DSO, unapplied cash, and collection effectiveness.
• Manage and resolve escalations related to disputes, delays, reconciliations, and process issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to address operational challenges and drive efficiency.
• Support global process standards and regional regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the Global Process Leader to drive transformation and automation initiatives.
• Ensure governance and documentation align with internal controls and audit expectations.
• Facilitate training and change management related to regional I2C processes.
