TransUnion is seeking an I2C Business Partner to drive regional Billing, Cash Application and Collections activities within a Hybrid model. You will collaborate with regional Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align processes with business goals, monitor key metrics, and resolve escalations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a finance/accounting background with 8+ years in finance operations, strong stakeholder relationships, and experience in shared services

Miguel Hidalgo: Full time: Posted Today: 19042465TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice**Team Overview**The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) team supports TransUnion's financial operations by driving standardized, efficient, and compliant billing, cash application, and collections processes across global markets. The team partners closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business stakeholders to improve cash flow performance, customer experience, and process effectiveness. This role is part of the GFSS organization and serves as the key connection between regional business units and global I2C operations. Reports to Director, Accounting.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. **Role Overview And Core Responsibilities**The I2C Business Partner serves as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders across all Invoice-to-Cash activities, ensuring alignment between regional business needs and global operational processes. This role drives stakeholder satisfaction, process consistency, governance, and continuous improvement while supporting the successful execution of TransUnion's global I2C strategy.* Act as the primary regional contact for Billing, Cash Application, and Collections activities, ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders and global operations.* Partner with regional Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align I2C processes with business objectives and customer requirements.* Monitor key performance indicators including billing accuracy, accounts receivable aging, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), unapplied cash, and collection effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.* Manage and resolve escalations related to customer disputes, payment delays, account reconciliations, and process issues to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.* Collaborate with Billing, Cash Application, and Collections leaders to address operational challenges and improve process efficiency.* Support the implementation of global process standards while ensuring compliance with regional regulatory requirements and business practices.* Partner with the Global Process Leader to execute transformation initiatives, automation opportunities, and process enhancements within the region.* Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit expectations by maintaining appropriate documentation and governance standards.* Facilitate training, knowledge sharing, and change management activities related to regional I2C processes, policies, systems, and tools. **Required Knowledge And Experiences*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline, providing the foundational financial and operational knowledge required to support Invoice-to-Cash processes.* 8+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, accounts receivable, or related finance functions, with substantial experience supporting Billing, Cash Application, and Collections processes.* Demonstrated experience managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration across global or regional organizations.* Strong understanding of accounts receivable management, cash flow optimization, collections strategies, dispute resolution, and financial controls within an I2C environment.* Experience supporting process improvement, transformation initiatives, or shared services organizations while balancing global standards with regional business requirements.## **Required Technical Skills*** ERP and financial systems experience, preferably including PeopleSoft and Salesforce, to support billing, customer account management, and financial process execution.* Experience working with I2C platforms and automation tools, including HighRadius or similar accounts receivable technologies.* Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, including the ability to interpret performance metrics, dashboards, and operational data to drive decision-making.* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools used for financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and business reviews.* Ability to analyze process gaps, identify root causes, and implement sustainable operational improvements.## Preferred SkillsWe're also looking for the preferred skills below.
