Panduit is seeking an Order Management Associate in Mexico (Jalisco) to handle entry of distributor orders into our order management system and provide ongoing order maintenance. The role includes coordinating export documents and EDI-related tasks, handling pricing inquiries, and following up to ensure timely delivery.

The position requires 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and fluent English.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of order management or related experience.
• Fluent English required.

• Enter distributor orders into the order management system and process sample orders for internal customers.
• Coordinate export documents and shipments in specialized roles like International Shipment Coordinator / EDI workflow.
• Respond to pricing and availability inquiries and cross-reference requests from customers.

The Order Management Associate handles the entry of distributor orders into order management system and provides order maintenance as required.

What will you do

• Order Management: Receive purchase orders electronically from distributors or approved purchasers and enter them into the order management system. Enter sample orders for internal customers in various non-commercial groups.
• Specialized Roles: The International Shipment Coordinator prepares export documents for freight carriers and coordinates shipments. The EDI Administrator manages the auto ship and debit account correction process for EDI system orders and resolves order-related discrepancies. The Namer distributes workload from the customer service mailbox into different workflow queues.
• Customer Requests: Handle pricing and availability inquiries, as well as cross-reference requests from customers.
• Order Follow-up: Provide follow-up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Resolve issues related to delivery delays, price discrepancies, part number changes, etc.
• Additional Transactions: Process transactions such as expedites, document reprints, creation of certificates of compliance, and other required documentation.
