Capgemini Engineering is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to monitor and respond to platform alerts and production incidents in Unix/Linux environments, troubleshoot issues, and execute recovery actions to restore services quickly.

You will coordinate with resolver teams, maintain operational documentation and shift handover notes, escalate recurring or complex issues, and contribute to platform stability improvements in a dynamic, 24/7 operations setting.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience supporting Unix/Linux environments.
• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting with Red Hat, Ubuntu or CentOS.
• Strong command-line skills and knowledge of Linux.
• Understanding monitoring tools, alert management, and incident response processes.
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with ITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management.
