Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in training, enablement, or L&D within a customer-facing operation.
• Curriculum design and competency mapping experience.
• Certification and assessment design with coaching based on real work.
• Knowledge base creation and maintenance (Confluence or Notion).
• Advanced English required for daily US team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the training ramp for Onboarding Managers and support agents.
• Build the curriculum, competency map, and certification gates.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base with up-to-date procedures.
• Own the team's procedures and align with field realities.
• Coach onboarding and support staff to boost productivity.
• Partner with Site Director to align training with site goals.
• Build a train-the-trainer bench to scale the program.
