Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Strategy or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in market development, strategy, consulting, go-to-market, product, commercialization or related roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide market development strategies for fintech, insurtech and emerging tech ecosystems.
• Deliver market intelligence and strategic recommendations to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Translate client needs and ecosystem dynamics into actionable recommendations for business priorities and go-to-market plans.
• Lead market development programs like Advisory Boards, Summits, and Client Roundtables.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with industry expertise and strategic narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Sales, Marketing to align insights with commercialization.
• Identify and promote industry use cases that strengthen solution adoption.
• Represent TransUnion and Buró de Crédito at industry events and executive forums.
• Develop and amplify thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of market activation initiatives.
