Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in IT support, development or presales environments.
• Ability to grasp HPE technology products and advise on solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver assigned tasks within the project delivery cycle.
• Contribute to detailed technical design meeting customer requirements.
• Install/update systems applications, firmware, and drivers; test configurations.
• Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Participate in customer meetings and collaborate with team members.
