Job summary
HSBC Holdings plc in Mexico City seeks an experienced Technical Programme and Project Manager to lead technology programmes and projects across multiple teams and locations. You will ensure delivery planning, governance, risks, and stakeholder communications while aligning with business objectives.
In addition to project delivery, you will perform Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate testing and releases, and maintain delivery metrics and RAID logs to drive
Qualifications
- Experience managing technology programmes and projects through the full delivery lifecycle across multiple teams, locations and business functions.
- Strong knowledge of software development and technology delivery lifecycles with practical Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience managing scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and change with governance, information security and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology programmes and projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, delivery plans and success criteria.
- Integrate plans across technology and business workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
- Monitor delivery against scope, timelines, budget and quality.
- Prepare status reports, governance materials and management information.
- Facilitate steering committees, project boards, and Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate testing, releases, and transition to support.
- Maintain RAID logs and delivery metrics.
